Order processing
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use your name and address, telephone number, billing address and e-mail address. We are legally obliged to do so. We keep this information until your order is completed and seven years after that (which is the legal retention obligation).
Provide to third parties
We work with certain companies, which receive your personal data mentioned above from us. We work together with a payment provider, PayPal and a postal company to process orders. Of these parties, PayPal is located outside the EU.
Contact form and Newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.
For this we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription.
Advertisements
Our web store displays general advertisements. We do not keep any personal data, so we will not find out whether you like it.
Disclosure to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the above partners, we will under no circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police requires it in the event of a suspected crime).
